PEak City STAGE Dress Guide
We want to be intentional with everything we do & even what we wear. We want to remove unnecessary barriers to help attendees & guests know they’re welcome here, without distracting from the purpose of the weekend experience: to create an outstanding environment that is RAW, PASSIONATE, & CLEAR.
Some helpful things to think of when
picking out what you will wear:
● “If you question it, don’t wear it.”
● We don’t want people remembering what we wore, we want people remembering how they encountered Jesus.
● casual & stage appropriate
● always use modesty – if you wear tighter jeans wear a long enough shirt to cover your front and back
● somewhere to clip on your wireless monitor pack
● no jeans with holes above the knee
● be mindful of graphics you have on t-shirts.
If you have questions, ask!
● no flip flops
● no tank tops
● make sure no undergarments are visible
● no shorts
MALE GUIDELINES:
FEMALE GUIDELINES:
● Casual & stage appropriate
● Do not wear any clothing that reveals cleavage or tummy.
● If you wear tighter jeans wear a long enough shirt to cover your front and back
● Avoid tight shirts – what might look okay in the mirror will translate different when you are moving around on stage.
● If you wear leggings, wear a shirt that is no shorter than just above the knee (jeans will always be what we prefer you wear)
● Somewhere to clip on your wireless monitor pack
● Not too short – the stage is elevated off the ground, so what might be appropriate for off stage might not be appropriate when on stage
● No jeans with holes above the knee
● No flip flops
● No tank tops or shorts
● Wear appropriate undergarments that are not visible and offer good support
