You just raised your hand and made a decision to start following Jesus! We believe all great life change begins with a private decision between you and God. Everything can change with a decision like this. We want to come alongside you and help make your first few months of following Jesus better! On the back of this note, you’ll find an explanation of what it means to follow Jesus. I want to encourage you to take as many of these steps as you can ASAP! Don’t let anything distract or delay you. Jesus has an incredible plan for your life and we can’t wait to see how He uses your story to make a difference. We’ve always got your back!

I just raised my hand. What did I just do?

The Gospel means Good News. Here is a simple explanation of the Good news of Jesus.

God made it

God made the world and everything in it perfectly. (Read Genesis 1:1 - 2:3)

We broke it

When sin entered the world, it broke our perfect relationship with God. So, we are now separated from God. (Read Genesis 3:1-24)

Jesus Fixed it

There is nothing we can do on our own to fix our relationship with God. So, He sent his son Jesus to die on the cross to fix our broken relationship. (Read 1 Peter 2:24)

Now What?

The Bible tells us to turn away from sin and follow Jesus. (Luke 18:22)

● Believe in Jesus (Romans 10:9)
